Bug#448640: schemas not registered with gconf

Evince doesn't register its schemas (which get installed to
/usr/share/gconf/schemas) with gconf.
This is due to a missing call to "gconf-schemas --register .."
in evince.postinst.

I came upon that problem while investigating missing pdf/ps thumbnails.
