Bug#440433: Screenshot uploaded

I have uploaded a screenshot which hopefully describes the problem
better then my previous wordings:

Note that in "Font parameters" window (which I guess is intended to
specify global font settings) all font sizes are set to the value of
10 pt, but the help application "Parameters" window indicates that
default system fonts are 12 pt. When I change the value of Document
font size in the system-wide font parameters window (the 2nd from the
top) to the value of say 8 pt, it has no effect on the help
application.

Also note that visually the fonts in the help application are larger
than 12 pt (compared to 10 pt fonts in menu and in configuration
dialogs).
