Bug#440598: gnome-applets: Gweather is unable to retrive any data

Gweather is unable to retrive any current conditions or forest for any location. Even after forcing an update, I 
can't find any connections to any weather servers using netstat. A computer running sid on the same network can 
retrive data with the applet just fine.
