Bug#199520: metacity ignores fullscreen windows

Hello,

I have a part time dual-head setup. When I run a video on the second
screen in full screen mode (using totem or xine), I can be quite sure,
that every new window is opened under the full screen window. It seems,
that metacity ignores the window. So basicly I can't really use the
system in this mode, as I have to switch out of full screenmode, move
the window to the "normal" first screen and switch back to full screen
again.
