Help-Contents will launch yelp... but yelp won't render the helpfile and
shows this error instead along with the HTML code:
        "This XML file does not appear to have any style information
	associated with it. The document tree is shown below."

Shouldn't gnome-system-monitor depend on yelp 2.20?
