 system-config-printer is not gnome.org software while
 gnome-cups-manager is supposedly the upstream GNOME software for the
 job; it was dead upstream for years, but I think new life is coming on
 the GNOME/CUPS side of things since the support in Gtk+ appeared.

 At the Debian level, I don't mind kicking it out of testing for now.

 We need someone interested in GNOME printing stuff; I don't have access
 to a printer anymore and little interest anyway.
