Bug#476327: gnome-desktop-environment: Drop gnome-keyring-manager

As gnome-keyring-manager has been deprecated by upstream (this
functionality is now superseded by Seahorse) it should be dropped from
gnome-desktop-environment. 

(Should gnome-keyring-manager also be removed from testing so existing
users more easily can find Seahorse?)
