As of version 2.12.9-3, /usr/lib/pkgconfig/gdk-2.0.pc has additional
dependencies,
   Requires: xcomposite, xdamage

And, libxcomposite-dev, libxdamage-dev, does not always provide
/usr/lib/pkgconfig/{xcomposite,xdamage}.pc

To ensure that it depend on the packages providing those .pc files,
then need to bump additional dependencies for version 2.12.9-3 as
follow,

   libxcomposite-dev >= 1:0.2.0-3
   libxdamage-dev >= 1:1.0.1-3
