 Priority: extra is what should be used for -dbg packages; also, do list
 ${misc:Depends} in all your packages and ${shlibs:Depends} in all your
 arch: any packages -- e.g. if the lib-dev ships a /usr/bin util which
 depends on additional libs than the lib, you'll be missing deps for
 this binary.
