Bug#478286: gnome-panel: Lots of kde config entries end up in "Other" menu

There is a flag defined in the freedesktop specification for such cases,
and it should be used for all these .desktop files:
        OnlyShowIn=KDE
This way they will be automatically filtered out in GNOME and XFCE.

Could you please reassign this bug to the KDE packages in which these
files belong?
