Bug#494733: shows the configuration wizard *every time*

I have three configurations in my ekiga stuff. They are unlikely to work
both at the same time, and neither is likely to work all the time (one
works at my parents' place, the other works at home). Here at Debconf, I
also have an additional configuration for the debconf SIP server. I
don't know whether this is related to anything, but since a week or so
every time ekiga starts I get the configuration wizard that I then have
to click away.

It would be great if I didn't have to do that.
