Ah, removing that file fixed it. Is there no way to migrate the user's
settings automatically? Because I don't see many finding this file (ok,
there is a scaling option in the UI, but I didn't really think to fiddle
with it since I never set the scaling down to 1% in the first place)...

Indeed, I figures I hijacked my own bug with a separate issue here. :)
