Bug#508996: nautilus: permission denided when emptying trash

Severity: normal

when logged as a normal user and have created some file on desktop as 
root and deleted it (as normal user) it moves successfuly to trash.
but when trying to empty trash very often there is problem with 
permissions to do that.

files made by root/otheruser should not be movable to trash or:
there should be option 'empty trash as root' - so all trashesh of all 
users could be deleted when needed some space or something like that
