Bug#509019: metacity: allow conf variable /apps/metacity/general/action_middle_click_titlebar to be "move"

I know metacity isn't meant to be configurable, but as the gconf
variable /apps/metacity/general/action_middle_click_titlebar exists,
it would be nice if this could take the value "move", to allow a
window to be moved with the middle mouse button in the titlebar.
(Aka: have mercy on my poor old fvwm-trained reflexes. :-)
