Bug#509283: base: sunday is first day in gnome's callendar

hello, Guilherme!

it's not rather bug in locales. i am using english version, with my  
national keyboard setting and i would like to have possibility to change  
first weekday. i don't want to change language to my national, because i'm  
using computer from times where there was no locales, just english and i  
am wont to this language.
