Bug#463836: evince: Ctrl-Insert doesn't work

Ctrl-Shift is a standard key-binding for copying. In Evince, it works
for edit boxes, but not for document contents (only Ctrl-C works
there). This is inconsistent with other applications and should be
fixed.
