Bug#464731: xchat-gnome: flood detection vs. autosaving the configuration file

Hi,

when xchat-gnome detects flooding, it changes the configuration parameter
gui_auto_open_dialog with a timeout to change it back.
This approach is problematic if the user quits after the detection but before
the timeout.
