Bug#465492: evince: Page Up should jump to the bottom of the previous page, not to the top

The following assumes the continious mode is off (it is off by
default).

When the page doesn't fit in window vertically, pressing Page Down
jumps to the bottom of the current page. Pressing Page Down for the
second time jumps to the top of the next page. Like this:

This is convinient for reading pdf articles off screen -- you only
need to hit Page Down time to time to scroll.

But pressing Page Up twice positions you on the top of the previous
page. This is not convinient. Instead, Evince should position you to
the *bottom* of the previous page. Like this:
