I think I have the same problem - what, logs etc did you see to determine this was the problem?

I'm printing a document to a HP5000 PS printer and it all appears to be working except that 
it never prints - (printer just keeps saying processing job).  It appears to be related to 
missing fonts in that most documents will print, except if they have an unusual font.
