Hi,

It exists a new upstream version of gtksourceview. 
Can be found in http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/sources/gtksourceview
or directly in http://ftp.acc.umu.se/pub/gnome/sources/gtksourceview/2.1/

People like me, building anjuta IDE development branch, need latest sourceview to build
this feature, and it's better to have it in debian that build it by yourself.
