Bug#461637: yelp: please create a version that uses the webkit backend

since there are always major security issues and flaws in xul/gecko, 
it would be nice to have an alternative backend for yelp.  recently
epiphany was made to work with the webkit backend [1].  it would be very
nice to see the same done for yelp.  note that the webkit stuff is
fairly new and experimental, so it would be wise to stick with the gecko
version as the default, but provide an experimental package for webkit.
