gnome-screensaver "Recommends" libpam-gnome-keyring; this means that
libpam-gnome-keyring is expected to be present, except in unusual
configurations. You're welcome to not install it if you so prefer, but
then you have to edit /etc/pam.d/gnome-screensaver and disable
gnome-keyring support. Would we make this a Depends, we would force
everybody to install libpam-gnome-keyring, which some people don't want
either.
