sadly this is not a sabayon bug, it happens with anything using gksu and
startup-notification . I don't think there is anything we can do about it until
we can rely on consolehelper and perhaps policykit in the future

I'm not sure who should own this bug, i'm having trouble finding out if one
exists, or where to file it to
