libmtp bumped soname, new pkg uploaded to experimental

Upstream released version 0.3.0 of libmtp and the soname has bumped to
libmtp.so.8.  I just uploaded version 0.3.0-1 of the Debian package to
experimental, which is obviously waiting in the NEW queue now.

I do not think we will have time for a library transition before the lenny
freeze but I think you should be informed about this upload.
