Bug#489765: libgtk2.0-0: does not allow lpr printing through Iceweasel 3

I should also mention that this can also be set system-wide
in /etc/gtk-2.0/gtkrc

The "surprise" is that Firefox/Iceweasel uses the GTK+ print dialog now,
so I guess users are more likely to find this in the README.Debian (or
NEWS.Debian?) for the iceweasel package even though the configuration is
for GTK?
