Bug#488013: libglib2.0-0: function g_ascii_strtoll is broken

Hi,

I noticed the bug while installing the latest Gtk2 Perl module in a
self-compiled perl (I prefer to avoid messing up with the system perl).
I saw that the system perl does not exhibit this problem, but the
installation in "my" perl went wrong due to the bug.

I don't know how much this qualifies as "software that breaks"
significantly. After some debug, and some search, I saw that the library
maintainers had already fixed the bug, and I thought it could be good to
propagate this into the debian packages. And avoid headaches to the next
one who will take my path :)

Personally, I solved re-compiling the package with the patch.

Cheers,

   Flavio.
