Bug#492863: update-notifier: the tray icon keeps finding updates even when the system is up to date

I confirm that 'install all updates' installs the two packages, thus it
resolves the problem.

I keep not understanding why update-notifier want to install these two
packages.

For instance: no package on my computer depends on camlp4. The single
installed package that refers to camlp4 is ocaml-nox.
ocaml-nox recommends camlp4

However a package such as ledit is in the same situation: ocaml-nox
recommends it (ocaml-interp recommends it as well). But update-notifier
does not want to install ledit.

There is definitely something unclear inhere.
