Bug#485602: gnome-panel: FTFBS with libedataserver1.2-dev < 1.11.2

Building gets me the following:

According to the evolution-data-server changelog
(http://svn.gnome.org/viewvc/evolution-data-server/trunk/ChangeLog?revision=8948&view=markup)
that bit of API was commited on 2007-04-01 and the first released
version after that would be 1.11.2, so the libedataserver1.2-dev dep
needs to be raised to at least that from the current value of 1.2. The
configure.in says gnome-panel only needs edataserver 1.2, but upstream
doesn't have the 10_appointment_colors.patch which uses the new API.
