Bug#486608: bug-buddy: Has no obvious way to disable

Due to the (extremely) crashy nature of iceweasel it dies several doxen
times a day. Each time I have to wait for bug-buddy to thrash my disk
and then click cancel.

I'd really like to disable bug-buddy, if not globally, then just for
icedove.

An alternative would be to change the depends from
gnome-desktop-environment to a recomends or suggests.
