Package with libwnck bug correction

Hello,

I've done a package for personal use of libwnck with the correction of a
bug that is mostly annoying when GNOME is used with XMonad.

This patch is already in the SVN version of libwnck.  I'm mailing you
cause maybe you think that it's a good thing to have this bug correction
in debian repository.
