Hi,

If run manually, totem-gstreamer-video-thumbnailer have no problem
generating the thumbnail, so the problem lies elsewhere.

Downgrading shared-mime-info from 0.30-2 to 0.23-5 solved the problem
for me, so I will reassign the bug there.
