Bug#468932: libgnomeprint2.2-0: Cannot print on custom paper size

Hi,

I am not able to print on custom paper size from any application
using libgnomeprint (eg. evince or GIMP).

I want to print a photo on a 4x6 in. paper sheet, this paper size
is not in the list and I hence have to create a custom paper size.

I have a CUPS queue which has 4x6 in. as its default paper size (for
fullbleed printing), and even with this queue, the job is aborted with
the following errors in the CUPS log:

Note that fullbleed printing on 4x6 paper using gutenprint (with gnome-photo-printer or the 
gimp-gutenprint plugin) works fine.

I already had this error with previous release (2.18.3).
