Bug#469114: gnome-power-manager: Reports that I have 4 batteries instead of 2

I have 2 (fairly old) batteries in my Dell d620 laptop. Between the 2 I
get something approaching a useful amount of time away from a power
socket.

Recently gnome-power-manager started reporting that I have 4 batteries,
as shown in the attached screenshot. If I get more info on them and
examine the model/manufacturer info, it seems to be showing each battery
twice - although some stats differ (like the % of power left).

There's definitely only 2:
