Bug#470805: Please build a -dbg package for pygtk

Would be nice to have a pygtk debug package, so we can debug GTK+ Python
applications.

(I'm trying to debug an emesene thread deadlock but the backtrace is almost
useless and I can't run it with python-dbg due to missing gtk debug symbols).
