Bug#470864: nautilus crashes (or restarts) when changing the root window wallpaper (with feh)

Under the GNOME desktop environment, issuing the command `feh --bg-scale
img.jpg' to change the wallpaper makes
1) the wallpaper changes
2) a window pops up with the following message:
Nautilus can't be used now, due to an unexpected error.

Nautilus can't be used now, due to an unexpected error from Bonobo when
attempting to locate the factory. Killing bonobo-activation-server and
restarting Nautilus may help fix the problem.
3) nautilus stops (possibly crash) and restarts
4) the wallpaper changes again to the previous one (the one selected in
gnome)

I was expecting nautilus to not restart and the wallpaper to remain the
one applied with feh (until the next GNOME session of course).

If additional information is needed please ask with the instructions on
how to collect useful information.
