Bug#470796: Shouldn't #470796 be RC?

Followup-For: Bug #470796

This bug makes many packages FTBFS in sid as I see.
At least some of my packages couldn't be built. So I propose to mark
this bug as serious. And may be not to wait for upstream and release
patched package ASAP.
