Bug#471455: gnome-terminal: ctrl+pgdn does not work

Since upgrading to 2.22, the ctrl+pgdown key does not work. Steps to
reproduce:

 1. run vim
 2. :tabnew
 3. press ctrl+pgup to switch tabs, this works
 4. press ctrl+pgdn to switch the other way, this does not
