Ok, this will break all "Desktop" links in nautilus.
--no-desktop is meant as "don't show icons on the desktop" according to Alex
and as nautilus needs some desktop directory for working properly it has to be
created if not existing yet.
Current nautilus uses xdg-user-dirs to get the desktop directory so if you're
using nautilus from another desktop environment and don't want it to create
another Desktop directory you should update your xdg-user-dirs settings
instead.
Closing this bug as fixed, as the real bug (creates ~/Desktop if ~ is selected
as Desktop) is fixed since some time already.
