Bug#473222: evince: Fails to open files with colons in their name

When evince is run from the shell with a file name given as an argument
and the file name contains a colon, an error message box with "Unable to
open document // Unsupported operation" appears. When I try to open the
same file from the GUI, it works properly.

My guess is that evince (or Gnome VFS) tries to use the file name as a URL and
it immediately fails, because it does not recognize the URL scheme. This is
broken, it should check if the file exists first and fall back to the URL
heuristics only if it doesn't.
