Bug#473521: libgtk2.0-0: Visual HScale range does not match Adjustment

Create a GtkHScale with a range of 0-100.

Notice how it never reports any values over 90, even if you drag the slider to the maximum end of the scale.

I would like the GtkHScale to report the full range of requested value.
