Bug#479992: Missing changelog entries

The changelog.Debian.gz included with this package is missing four uploads
that entered Debian:

 * 2.18.1-4
 * 2.18.1-5
 * 2.20.3-1
 * 2.22.1-1.1

If this sort of revisionism is not violating Policy, then it is certainly
contrary to the spirit of the Debian Social Contract ("We will not hide
problems").
