Bug#480863: Vinagre should suport IPv6

When set to "local connections only", vino listens on the IPv6 address
::1, port 5900.  When pointed at ::1 (or ip6-localhost), vinagre tries
to connect to 127.0.0.1, and can't find the server.  Vinagre therefore
can't connect to vino when vino is set to "local connections only".
