I've asked upstream about this, and he said he was thinking about removing all
the shortcuts from Vinagre, so they are sent to the guest.

That sounds like http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=531716, but with the
description in that bug upstream didn't understand the issue very well... could
you add a comment there?
