yelp is not recommended by the gcalctool version I reported this bug again.
Regarding the closure of this report, note that adding a recommendation on a
package rarely solves a bug. This case is no exception. While adding a
recommendation reduces the potentiality of the bug, which can reduce its
severity, the bug can still affect people who turn automatic installation of
recommendations off, or which simply opt out of installing yelp.
You could make yelp a dependency, although that would chop a large part of the
package's audience. You could also let it as a recommendation but handle
accesses to the help when yelp is not installed properly. Otherwise, reopen
the report, probably lowering the severity, and let it [rot / to someone
else].
