Bug#505780: iceweasel text form too wide on ja_JP.UTF-8 locale

libpango1.0-0 1.21.6-1 renders iceweasel's input-text and textarea
wider than libpango1.0-0 1.20.5-3 on ja_JP.UTF-8 locale.
libpango1.0-0 1.22.2-1 renders these wider, too.

If, on POSIX locale, libpango1.0-0 1.21.6-1 renders these
as same as libpango1.0-0 1.20.5-3 does.

Is it pango's specification change or environment-dependent?
I tested it by plain user's new profile.
