Bug#488802: Dvorak and devhelp

So it turns out the gist of the problem here is that Jonny was using
Dvorak, and "Ctrl-X" was mapped to Ctrl-W, which closed the window.

However, this is different behaviour from most gtk+ apps running under
Dvorak, which seem to keep qwerty keybindings somehow. So perhaps there
is still a bug here.
