Bug#506309: xchat-gnome: Should use x-www-browser instead of gnome-browser

xchat-gnome tries to invoke gnome-www-browser by default, even when
gnome-www-browser is not installed.

I'd like to have iceweasel invoked from xchat-gnome, and I think
'x-www-browser' should be invoked instead.
