Package: scrollkeeper
Version: 0.3.14-16
Severity: normal

During a recent ugrade:
Registering documents with scrollkeeper...
I/O error : Attempt to load network entity http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/4.1.2/docbookx.dtd
The same error message was repeated 12 more times.

I can access the URL through the browser.
I understand neither the cause nor the significance of the errors. Unlike
some similar looking recent reports, I'm running i386. I do have
libc6-amd64
and the dev version on the system.

This is on a laptop, connected by a wireless to my main machine, which
then NATs to the internet.

portmap, hal, and snort were upgraded at the same time, as well as
some core KDE and libc libraries.
