Bug#501355: eog: opens at 99% (instead of 100%)

When spawning a new eog instance on an image small enough to fit
easily on my monitor, thus

    $ eog foo.jpg

the app claims to show the image at 99% magnification instead of 100%.
Not sure if rounding error in the magnification computation or if it's
really reducing by 1%, but either way seems a bug.
