Bug#502609: gnome-power-manager: interfers with acpi-support scripts, should conflict with them

Justification: breaks unrelated software

Currenly, gnome-power-manager badly interfers with acpi-support which
is installed by default by 'Laptop' task. In theory, this can
indroduce data loss, or even break hardware in some corner cases.

In practice, I see that setting screen backlight goes crazy and also
auto-switching HDD powersaving on and off (AC off/on) does not
work correctly in a configuration when both packages are installed.  

I put "breaks unrelated software" as the justification of this bug
severity.
